Latinos for a Free America – Political Action Committee (PAC) Donation Terms and Conditions

By making a donation to Latinos for a Free America, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: You affirm that you are a United States citizen or a lawful permanent resident and that this contribution is made from your own funds. You are not using those of another person or entity.
2. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all federal and state laws governing political contributions, including contribution limits. Contributions are not tax-deductible.
3. Personal Information: When making a donation, you consent to providing accurate and truthful personal information. LFAFA is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
4. Refund Policy: Donations to Latinos for a Free America are non-refundable. In the event of an error in the donation amount, please contact us promptly for resolution.
5. Disclosure Requirements: By donating, you acknowledge that your name and donation amount may be disclosed as required by federal and state campaign finance laws. Latinos for a Free America is committed to transparency and will comply with all relevant disclosure regulations.
6. Purpose Restrictions: Your donation will be used for political activities. Activities may include but not limited to supporting candidates, campaigns. As well as advocacy efforts aligned with the mission and goals of LFAFA.
7. No Corporate Contributions: You confirm that you are not making this contribution on behalf of a corporation, labor organization, national bank, or any other entity prohibited by federal law.
8. No Foreign Contributions: You affirm that you are not a foreign national, government contractor, or affiliated with a foreign government, and you are not making this contribution in violation of any applicable laws.
9. Contact Information: You agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to receiving communications from Latinos for a Free America, including newsletters and updates.
10. Amendments: Latinos for a Free America reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our donation platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
